This usually enables the average inexperienced installer to set the system up for the normal configurations, without even having to study the manufacturers control panel engineer or user books, which can look a little confusing initially with various programming options.

And if you're still not happy about programming the system or experiance a fault we encourage you to just call our telephone line where one of our experienced engineers will easily talk you through step-by-step the programming in a few minutes.

So far we've found that 74% of people can install the system without any need to call our helpline, and of the 26% that do use our telephone backup, we on average can instruct the installer through any problems or programming issues within minutes over the telephone.  But if more attention is needed, it’s not a problem.
