Yale App Alarms are they the best?

AD Alarms have been installing Yale alarms for 14 years and over recent times a lot of our inquiries are regarding the new App based alarms are whether they are the best?

In our opinion, the answer to this question is maybe not, based only on the facts as we see our customers use the systems.

Yale App Alarms are they the best?

Firstly there is nothing at all wrong with these App-based alarms, there are totally functional and extremely good value for money, but having said that does consider a few facts. Firstly the functional of being able to switch your alarm on and off remotely whilst you in another location, how useful is that really? The vast majority of people and the alarm when they are leaving their premises and disarm the alarm when they return home so how often would you really wish to switch it on and off while she was shopping in the supermarket?

Secondly, if you have a system that sends an email to our text, would you prefer the good old-fashioned telephone call which is not picked up go straight to your answer machine with a recorded message.

The HSA 6400 which was our biggest selling alarm kit, which has now been superseded by the HSA6410 plugs directly into the telephone line and on activation triggers the autodialler immediately starts to call the telephone number is programmed into it. Most people still have a telephone line but if this is not available it is possible to buy a GSM Gateway device, which is in simple terms a mobile phone without the keypad and this can then be used instead of the telephone line to ring out. These devices are inexpensive and provide the functionality to use the autodialler.
